Roger is the Director and Owner of RSVP School of Real Estate and the Owner/Broker for RSVP Homes Realty. Roger’s goal in starting the school was to give everyone who wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate the chance to achieve their goals by providing a solid foundation and prepare them for the real world of Real Estate. In today’s fast-paced Real Estate Market, that’s what it takes! “I have built my business with personal touches and a professional approach that has produced positive results”. As a Real Estate Instrutor and Title Agent Instrutor, Lazaro has written classroom presentations and has a published full continuing education course for Title Agents for Miami-Dade College. He is fluent in English and Spanish and holds his Real estate Broker’s Licnese, Real Estate Instrutors License and is an Adjunct Professor for Miami -Dade College. He has over 30 years experience in Property Management and as a Licensed General Contractor. Lazaro is an approved Provider/Instructor by the Florida Department of Financial Services to provide Title Insurance Agent Continuing education Courses. He is currently teaching Pre and Post licensing for Real Estate Agents.

Jorge Villarreal connects his love for the industry with his passion for education in the South Florida real estate community as a Realtor® helping families to buy and sell their homes. He is an active and bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Real Estate Instructor; he has been teaching adults and professionals for over three years. He is also highly-involved with Toastmasters International. If you are considering to be involved in real estate, you are going to love and appreciate his personable and engaging style of teaching.
Combined with his real estate passion; Jorge is a Supply Chain Management, International Business and Marketing graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) by APICS. He is experienced in all aspects of supply operations, inventory management, new product development and integrated business process management.
Jorge has been active in the community volunteering his time and efforts to worthwhile causes since moving to the area over 10 years ago. Karen has been a resident of South Florida for 35 years, married for 33 years, and has raised her children here in beautiful South Florida. Prior to her present career in Real Estate, Karen has been the owner and Business Manager of a successful Respiratory Home Health Care Business. As the Business Manager of such a delicate business, Karen has developed a relationship with a wide variety of Physician’s, Therapists, Nurses, and Healthcare Companies. These relationships and personal experiences have helped Karen as a licensed Realtor with our student relationships and registration process.
